Automatic Credit Card Enrollment
To set up automatic payments on a card:
- Step 1: Download the Automatic Credit Card Enrollment Form.
- Step 2: Fill out the form with your card information, printed name, signature, and date. Do not list the full card number.
- Step 3: Include a copy of the cardholder’s ID.
- Step 4: Return the form by mail, fax, or email. Please check your facility page for the contact details.
Once we receive your paperwork, we will contact you to confirm. Automatic deductions are processed on the 5th of each month.
Automatic EFT Enrollment
To set up automatic EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) payments:
- Step 1: Download the EFT Enrollment Form.
- Step 2: Fill out the form with account info, name, unit number, signature, and date.
- Step 3: Include a voided check for the account you want payments withdrawn from.
- Step 4: Return the form and voided check by mail, fax, or email. Please check your facility page for the contact details.
Once we receive your paperwork, we will contact you to confirm. Automatic deductions are processed on the 5th of each month.
Change of Address/Contact Information
To change your address or contact info:
- Step 1: Download the Change of Address Form.
- Step 2: Fill out the form with your new contact info, sign, and date it.
- Step 3: Return the form by mail, fax, or email. Please check your facility page for the contact details.
Written Notice to Vacate
To vacate your unit:
- Step 1: Download the Notice to Vacate Form.
- Step 2: Fill out the form with your vacate date, print your name, and sign it.
- Step 3: Submit the form with payment (if any) by money order or credit card.
- Step 4: Return the form by mail, fax, or email. For prorated amounts, please contact your facility.
There is no minimum notice period required. However, please be aware that rent is due on the 1st, and you will be responsible for any rent or fees incurred.
Automatic Enrollment Cancellation
To cancel automatic payments:
- Step 1: Download the Cancellation Form.
- Step 2: Fill out the form with your cancellation date, name, and signature.
- Step 3: Return the form by mail, fax, or email.
Important: Submit before the 1st of the month for credit card cancellation and by the 25th for EFT.
