Yay! My stuff is finally home! I greatly appreciate being able to get a storage unit at Freedom Self Storage for the several months I needed it. Faith was very polite and straightforward from the beginning. She was the only who asked to put me on a waiting list. About the time I thought I wouldn't be able to find a storage unit in time, Faith called. It was nice to hear a friendly voice instead of the gruff impatient voices of others from other storage places.If there is ever a need again Freedom Self Storage will be the first place I call.

This is a great storage facility. Units are dry and well-maintained. Prices are the average. The previous owners were great folks, and so are the current owners. Fair and friendly customer service. I live on Harstine Island, and drive past other facilities in order to use this one.
