Head to our Storage Size Calculator and fill it out, then you’ll get a recommended unit size.
2. What if I need more/less space? May I transfer to a different size?

We’ve updated our policy to require insurance plans to ensure the safety and security of both our facility and your belongings. Insurance plans start at just $9.00 a month, through StorSmart, with prices increasing based on the level of coverage you need. If you prefer to use your homeowner’s or renters insurance to cover this cost, please provide written proof of your storage coverage at the time of move-in.

Online Payment Questions

1. What if I don’t know or have forgotten my username or password?
Please reach out to the U-Store facility where you rented your unit, and your representative will be happy to assist you with your login information.
2. Does it matter what type of device I am using to make online payments?
Your device shouldn’t make a difference when making a payment. But if you run into any trouble, feel free to try using a different browser or device.
3. What if I get an error while trying to pay online?
Please note that we do not accept American Express, and attempting to use it will result in an error. If your card is declined, an error message will also appear. Additionally, our payment system has a maximum limit of $500 per transaction. If you need to pay more than this amount, please contact the facility. If none of these apply, try clearing your browser history, cache, and cookies before attempting your payment again.
