U-Store Milwaukie

Ive had a unit here for around 6 months now. Never had any issues. Really good customer service. I even lost my key once and the lady helped me get into my unit pretty quickly, i appreciated it a lot. The guy that works here is friendly and helpful too. Ill use this place until my needs for storage are over. They have an automatic payment option. Or you can pay over the phone or online i think. Their hours suck (they close at 6 pm, and are only open 4 hours on sat/sun) but it hasn't been a big deal. They have 3 loading docks and 2 elevators. I have to walk far to my unit but the prices couldnt be beat so its worth it.

I love this place. I would never want to go anywhere else to store my stuff. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have seen people be trained at this facility and they are getting proper training that is thorough and direct. Things I like about it is that there are cameras in the Halls there is a lot of lighting there are restrooms that are clean and they are not open 24 hours or have 24-hour access. You must sign in at the door the staff is very alert to what is going on in the area. I would recommend this place to anybody that is looking for a unit. Also they do not allow food in the units so this Cuts back or totally wiped out the possibility of vermin.

Love the ppl and the prices but weekend hours are horrible...

I like doing business with U-Store in Milwaukie. Nice folks and the place is clean. I wish the bathroom was a little closer to my unit but can't hold that against them lol. I also wish the elevators could carry people as well as my stuff as I have a hard time with stairs. I give 4 stars due to the stairs.

Storage for a good price

Allways have had a good experience with the managers...its clean and I only questioned it once when a man couldnt open his door cause he had soooo much stuff in it and I had to hope there was nothing in his unit that was combustible.

The best storage space I have ever used the manager Jack is a very nice and easy going guy. There prices are the best in this market would recommend this storage to all in need.
